You just sort of relax in to the place like a comfy pair of slippers, maybe a bit worn, but very comfortable. The room was very basic, tidy enough. The breakfast in the restaurant Kamu was pretty disappointing - the Karelian pies karjalanpiirakka, traditional Finnish rice pasty were raw and the yoghurt was warm. Treat yourself to an indulgent hot stone massage or facial to rejuvenate from a busy day. I recommend visiting the tourist information point in the Flag Tower across the hotel - you can discover many interesting facts about the history of Finland, its flag and coat of arms. The breakfast choice was different to what I would have elsewhere but this just adds to the experience. Breakfast was a bit limited in my opinion, but you can find the basic things porridge, bread, etc.

Shower screen had a gap of about one inch from the floor so when you turn on the shower the water runs into the rest of the bathroom!! The working air-conditioner was a rare merit for the hotel. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.
